Refund policy
As floral arrangements are fresh, perishable and made to order, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Any complaint must be reported on the day of receipt, with a photograph, to stef@blushfloral.fr. If a variety is unavailable, an equivalent flower of identical quality, colour and style is offered; if the substitution does not suit you, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded before it is prepared.
